Every alert is money.

What does one minute of downtime cost you?

Move the sliders. This is the number Meerstack puts on every alert, live, so you know which page matters at 3 a.m. Then Meer, the AI SRE, finds the cause and proposes the fix.

Start from an example

Revenue that flows through your systems

Stops when checkout, payments or login stop

Incidents your customers notice

From the first page to recovery

At risk while it’s down

$533/min

Per incident
$27.7K
Per month
$221.6K
Per year
$2.7M

you’d keep $157.7K a month on the table ($1.9M a year). Your assumption, not our promise.

The math and assumptions

Formula

$/min = annual revenue ÷ 525,600 min × critical share × traffic factor × lost share

= $400M ÷ 525,600 × 70% × 1 × 100% = $533/min

  • Per incident = $/min × time to fix
  • Per month = per incident × incidents per month
  • Scenario = $/min × (time to fix − new time to fix) × incidents per month

Not counted: SLA penalties, staff time, support load, churn and brand damage. The real cost is usually higher.

Assumptions you can change

How busy a minute of incident is compared with an average minute of the year. 1 = average; peak hours may be 2–3.

How much of the blocked revenue is gone for good. 100% = none of it comes back; lower it if customers retry later.
