Hosts, custom metrics, GB of logs, indexed log events, seats, GPUs and AI investigations. Every rate is on this page, in USD.
You choose what to index
Ingest every log cheaply, index only what you search, and pick the retention. Archives go to your own S3-compatible bucket at no extra charge.
No surprise bills
The usage and cost page shows this month’s estimate and forecast, with budget alerts. Going over budget sends an alert; it never moves you to a pricier plan.
One contract
Observe, Service, Secure, MaaS and Robotics on one bill as each domain becomes available.
Billing
- Starting a plan
- Plans start once a written agreement is signed with each design partner. Nobody is billed through this website today.
- Currency and period
- All prices are in US dollars (USD). Plans are billed monthly or annually; annual plans are paid up front. Taxes are added where they apply.
- No free tier at launch
- There is no free plan. Teams start through the design-partner program, on terms agreed with each partner.
- No minimum spend
- Team has no minimum spend: you pay for the units you use, at the rates on this page. Annual rates apply when you commit to 12 months; monthly billing has no commitment.

Unit for unit, our list prices are typically 30% below the leading observability platform’s list prices: the same units (hosts, custom metrics, GB ingested, indexed log events, seats, GPUs) and the same annual and monthly billing.
What will I be billed for?
Units you can count: hosts, custom metrics beyond the allotment, GB of logs ingested, indexed log events by retention, on-call and incident seats, active GPUs and completed AI investigations. No per-viewer or per-dashboard fees.
Is there a free plan?
Not at launch. Early access is through our design-partner program, limited to the first 10 teams.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Team is billed monthly or annually, in USD; annual billing has the lower rate. Enterprise agreements are annual and invoiced.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation terms are in the agreement you sign with us. Email billing@meerstack.com at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund terms are set out in the agreement you sign with us, and will be in our published terms once Meerstack completes incorporation.
Will AI usage surprise me?
No. AI investigations are counted on the same usage page as everything else, with budget alerts. Meer suggests; your people approve every change.

Yes. Our migration tooling imports dashboards, monitors and downtimes, and you can run both side by side until the numbers match. Design partners get hands-on help from the founding team.
